SPN timeline question

So, I'm rewatching S8 and trying to plan out my fic for Dean/Benny Big Bang -- which is a time-travel thing, so I need to be less hazy on my dates than I am. ;) At one point Benny says he was in Purgatory for 50 years, which suggests he was killed in the early sixties. But is there any indication of when he was turned, or how long he and Andrea were together before they were caught? I feel like there isn't, but other people may have better memories than me...

Also, did time in Purgatory run the same as on Earth?

That's a good point! Always a useful idea if I need to play around with the timeline. ;)
