Good on Adrian for not falling apart/withdrawing into his own pain, and getting it through his head that he's not the only one worrying about Dan or, well, anything really.

I think he's a bit more together now than he was a few chapters ago. At least, that's what I'm going for. Hope it works. ;)

(And yes, absent-minded Dan = so so fuzzy.)
