Jumping aboard the 'top 5' bandwagon (because I identify with that High Fidelity mindset far more than anyone female is allegedly supposed to).

5. Captain Jack Sparrow (Pirates of the Caribbean)/Captain Jack Harkness (Torchwood)
Yes, yes, I know it's obvious, and somebody's probably written it already. But it would be lulzy. And an Epic Battle of Egos.
4. Christina Romney (Losing Christina)/River Tam (Firefly)
Christina's canon best friend (with whom I will always maintain she is a little bit in love) is Anya Rothrock, a brilliant student and all-round golden girl who ends up completely mentally broken. Christina is always harping on about her inner strength, and I think she kind of needs someone to look after, plus she does seem to have a bit of a thing for weird, dreamy girls. But Anya's so passively accepting of her fate that it gets frustrating. River has more spark and mischeif about her, and I think she'd appeal to Christina's rebellious side. In my head they'd exist in some bizarre mashup of both their universe, where River encourages Christina to sneak off on ridiculous adventures, and Christina helps River stay grounded through the power of stodgy food and pretty things.
3. Bubastis (Watchmen)/Femto-kun (Petshop of Horrors)
Because PSoH begs to be crossed over with absolutely everything. Femto is an Egyptian Mau who also happens to be the reincarnated spirit of a boy pharaoh. (I should probably mention that animals take on human form under certain never-fully-explained conditions in the Petshop. In my headcanon, at some point Adrian takes bb!Bubastis there to show her off to D, and her 'human' form is about ten years old, very pretty, very snooty, and slightly creepy. Rather like kid!Adrian himself, actually. Femto runs around doing ridiculous stunts and showing off in front of her, and she occasionally deigns to grace him with a smile. But secretly she's impressed.)

1. Adrian Veidt (Watchmen)/Papa D (Petshop of Horrors)
They're both brilliant, beautiful, charming, manipulative, utterly terrifying, and working on Super Sekrit science projects. I sort of imagine that they're both developing secret uber-weapons, find out somehow, and initially think they're working towards a common goal. Then they realise they're doing it for completely opposing reasons (Adrian wants to save humanity; D senior actually does want to destroy it for killing his people) and There Is Much Fucked-Upness.
