3:Which season finale was your favorite/least favorite?

Favourite: All Hell Breaks Loose. That was the episode where I realised I really cared what happened to the characters and was therefore doomed to spend eight more seasons weeping at the TV screen and whispering, 'why?'.
Least favourite: I'm not sure I have one. The season finales often aren't up there in my list of favourite episodes, but I think I've liked all of them fairly well. Maybe Survival Of The Fittest, but then again, it did have Meg.

6:Which episode is the funniest to you?

Probably Changing Channels. Though Dean running away from the Yorkie at the start of Yellow Fever always gets me, too. You just know it had to be the proudest moment of that dog's life. ;)

26:Have you ever had a dream about Supernatural/the characters/the actors? If so, can you describe what you remember?

I have a feeling I once dreamed something about Castiel being stuck in a chimney, but that's literally all I remember. XD

32:What’s an unpopular opinion or headcanon you have?

I think pretty much every opinion is unpopular in some sector of fandom. ;) I very much enjoy the supporting characters and would be happy for SPN to be more of an ensemble show -- I know that's probably sacrilege to some!

Absolutely.

I very much enjoy the supporting characters and would be happy for SPN to be more of an ensemble show -- I know that's probably sacrilege to some!
I've seen so many posts after the S10 finale saying that SPN should now go back to the S1 format of boys back on the road, Sam&Dean against the rest of the world - and every single time I catch myself thinking: NO! I love watching Crowley, and Rowena, and Claire, and Jody, and Donna, and so many of the other side characters on the show, and I'd rather see more of them than less. And I'd even miss those magical moments of screentime where I keep wondering what on earth Cas is doing and why, if he were no longer there. :)

IDK if I'd say OTP, because obviously I ship the characters with other people too, but on the other I feel like the meaning of the term has shifted somewhat since I were a lass, so now it just means something you ship a lot. Which, clearly, I do.

59:What movies/shows have you watched because of (or by coincidence) Jared, Jensen, or Misha?

None! I have watched My Blood Valentine, but that was long before I knew who Jensen Ackles was, and I didn't even remember that he was in it. It was not, to be fair, a very memorable film.

62:Why did you start watching Supernatural?

My SO had started watching it, and at first I was just watching along to be sociable. I was really just a casual viewer for the first season, but something clicked in S2, and by the finale I was done for.

2:What’s your opinion on John Winchester?

Not favourable. I'm not sure who sad it -- I've a feeling I saw it on Tumblr, but somebody summed their thoughts on him up as 'maybe he did his best, but his best wasn't good enough.' Obviously, most of what we see of him on the show is in the damage he did to his children, and I might have a more complex relationship to the character if we saw him struggle to do better by them and fail -- but we don't, really, so I don't.

11:If you could bring back any character, would you? If so, whom?

Yes. Charlie. I won't get into the reasons, because I'm still mad. If I had a magic wand, Meg, but I wouldn't want that in reality, because I don't think I could envision anyone but Rachel playing her now. I'd like to see Kevin and Linda return at least once before the show ends, too.

60:If you could change just one thing about the series, what would it be?

I'm afraid this is the boring and obvious answer, but: the sexism.

During the Hellatus before S9 aired. I was caught up by Christmas. XD

Around December of that year, I think. I couldn't wait to catch up with current canon to start writing fic and dive into the fandom, because S4 just grabbed me and wouldn't let go. It's a good thing I don't mind spoilers!

My SO and my mum watch it, and I've got one friend who's been watching it since it started, though (as far as I know) she's a fairly casual viewer.

Oh yes! I've been in various fandoms since, uh, 2001-ish. The manga Petshop of Horrors was the first thing I was actively involved in fandom for, but I lurked in Velvet Goldmine and various band fandoms before that.

17:Do you think that Chuck is God?

Not really! That bit in Swan Song always struck me as rather tongue in cheek, and I'm surprised that the idea has so much traction in fandom. I'm on board with the idea that he was possessed by God at some point, though.

37:Do you think Sam should have completed the demon trials?

Well, in the sense that it would've been for the greater good, I guess so, and I don't think it was really Dean's right to stop him. (Though I understand why he did it and don't think he would've been capable of doing otherwise, and that incapacity to let go isn't just on him.) That said, I feel like Sam's determination to do the trials was in large part rooted in shame and the feeling that he's less worthy than other people, and saying that he specifically should've been the one to do them kind of validates that. I admire his willingness to die for the greater good, but at the same time, I wish he didn't want to. My feelings on this are complicated, basically. ;)

66:Just a random confession you have regarding the show/Asker makes up their own question.

Do I think they should've kept Cas's original endverse dialogue, you ask? Why, yes. Yes I do. ;)

I don't actually spend a whole lot of time thinking about endverse, which I think is because canon has possibly surpassed it in terms of depressingness. ;) I do have a bit of a weakness for that subgenre of Dean/Cas fic in which endverse Cas shows up in the 'It's A Terrible Life' verse to be poor uptight Dean Smith's manic pixie dream guy, but I tend to wish it was more depressing.

I also wish someone would write post-9.23 reverse!endverse fic, where demon Dean gets ambitious and unleashes Hell on earth, and Sam is the leader of the resistance. I may write it sometime, but mostly I just wish somebody else would. ;)

9:Which episode title do you think is the funniest?

I honestly couldn't think of one that really made me laugh. 'Do You Believe In Miracles?' amuses me, but mostly because I'm of the generation where that phrase automatically conjures up images of male strippers. (This may only apply if you're British.)

15:What’s your opinion on Lisa? (and Ben, if you want)

I find them both likeable enough, but don't have really strong feelings on them. The mindwipe end to their story was... not my favourite, though.

33:Do you like AU fanfics?

Well, 'AU' contains multitudes. ;) Generally speaking, I love fantasy and SF AUs (particularly a good dystopia), and I've read some really interesting canon-divergent AUs. It's always interesting to read back and see where people thought canon might be going to go. I've got a particular weakness for fics that manage to switch up the human/non-human dynamic and still keep the characters' personalities intact -- I think that's actually pretty hard to do. Generally speaking, coffee shop/high school/college etc. AUs aren't my thing, but I've read a few that I did like (and, er, I might be plotting one right now... :-/). Those tend to be the angstier ones. ;) I also love fics that look like mundane AUs at first, but then reveal themselves to be canonverse along the way.
