This is an experiment in cross-posting from DW, given the scary new LJ TOS. While they're probably designed to target the Russian politics bloggers rather than fandom, I think it's wise to back everything up -- and if anyone would like to be added, I'm anactoria over there too.

Well said! As majestic_duxk said, fandom may not really be the target of this stuff, but do we really want to continue supporting the site after this? :(

I hope people will migrate over or at least back their stuff up -- the LJ fandom is already small and I'd hate to see it fragment completely if there's another Strikethrough.

Yeah. I'll keep my account for now so I can check my flist, since I know not everybody's moving over here, but I don't feel welcome on LJ any more. :-/
