Title: Trial
Author: [livejournal.com profile] anactoria
Rating: PG-13
Warnings: Canon-typical violence.
Summary: During 9.16 ("Blade Runners"), Sam doesn't manage to get back into Magnus's house in time. Magnus disappears with Dean, for whom he has his own plans.
Author's Notes: Written for [livejournal.com profile] jj1564 for the [livejournal.com profile] spn_summergen challenge, for the following (awesome) prompt: Set in/around 9.16 'Blade Runners' - Cuthbert Sinclair (Magnus) kidnaps Dean and keeps him in his hidden lair. He trains him to use the Blade, feeding him a succession of creatures until Dean is the perfect killing machine. Sam and Cas have to work out how to save Dean from Magnus and then how to bring Dean back.
Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] septembers_coda for the super-efficient beta, and to the SummerGen mods for running such an awesome challenge!

Read it on the SummerGen comm here, or here on AO3!

Title: Peace Attend Thee
Characters/pairing: Cas, Dean, Sam, Hannah
Rating: G
Warnings/contains: Spoilers for 10.03; second-person POV.
Word count: 600

Rating: PG
Warnings/contains: Spoilers for 10.2.
Word count: 1300

Title: Away With Us
Characters/pairing: Dean, Sam, Cas, Gilda, Cain
Rating: PG-13
Warnings/contains: None
Word count: 5900
Summary: Post-S9 AU. Dean is still marked by the fae as their own, and, with the Mark of Cain gone, they begin to take an interest again. This time, he finds it harder to resist.
Notes: Incredibly belated (because that's just how me and comment memes work, apparently) response to a prompt on [livejournal.com profile] biketest’s Dean-centric comment meme. I wrote most of this before 9.23 aired, so it's pretty thoroughly Jossed.
Many thanks to [livejournal.com profile] septembers_coda for the beta! Any remaining mistakes are, of course, my own.

Title: Perish Twice
Characters/pairing: Dean, Sam (gen).
Rating: R
Warnings/contains: Major character death, body horror, general S9 angst and doom.
Word count: ~5000
Summary: Sam and Dean check out what they think is an angel fallen to earth on a snowy mountainside. They find something else entirely.
Notes: [livejournal.com profile] spn_cinema fic, written for the movie prompt, The Thing. I started writing this a few months ago, so it takes place in a sort of early-Season-9 idea of what late Season 9 might look like. Also, it's a rather embittered Dean POV, so he's not all that nice about Sam. Sorry, Sam.

Title: Swimming Underwater
Characters/pairing: Dean, Sam, Cas.
Rating: PG-13
Warnings/contains: None
Summary: Dean is badly injured and unconscious, the Mark of Cain the only thing keeping him alive, and Sam has a tough decision to make.
Notes: A rather belated response to [livejournal.com profile] spn_bunker’s bi-bro challenge. Many thanks to [livejournal.com profile] caranfindel for the beta. Any remaining mistakes are, of course, my own.

Title: Piercing the Veil
Author: [livejournal.com profile] anactoria
Characters/pairing: Dean, Sam, Bobby, Ruby
Rating: PG-13
Warnings/contains: Sickfic, mild h/c, gen.
Summary: Dean gets a migraine. Because this is his life and a normal illness would just be too much to hope for, things go downhill from there. Takes place early in S4.
Notes: Belated fill for a prompt on the [livejournal.com profile] hoodie_time comment meme. Many thanks to [livejournal.com profile] flawlessglitch for the beta; any remaining mistakes are, obviously, my own.

Author: [livejournal.com profile] anactoria
Characters/pairing: Sherlock, John.
Rating: G
Summary: Sherlock has a world inside his head. It’s shrinking.
Notes: Unbetaed. Spoilers up to S2E3. I'm new to the fandom and haven't watched S1 in quite a while, so please do let me know if I've majorly bollocksed anything up.

Title: O Human Child
Author: [livejournal.com profile] anactoria
Characters/pairing: Adrian (Some blink-and-you’ll-miss-it one-sided Adrian/Dan, but not really a shippy fic.)
Rating: PG
Summary: Supernatural AU: Adrian isn’t exactly human.
Notes: Written for [livejournal.com profile] supercrook, for the [livejournal.com profile] wm_secretsanta exchange. I hope you like it!

Title: Against the Day
Author: [livejournal.com profile] anactoria
Characters/pairing: Byron, implied past Bill/Byron.
Rating: PG-13
Warnings: Alcohol abuse.
Summary: Mothman inspires some poetry.
Notes: Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] oudeteron for the beta!
Just in case you were in any doubt, this is the poem in question. I’ve fudged the timeline a little: Streetcar actually premiered in 1947, two years before the HUAC trials. Maybe it came out later in the WM universe, or something.

Whatever it is you’re looking for, I don’t think you’re gonna find it at the bottom of that glass. )
