Dear If I Fits I Fics author/artist,

Thanks so much for creating for me! My ramblings/prompts below are just in case you wanted some inspiration and are basically an excuse for me to go on about what I love about the various things I’ve requested, so don’t feel obliged to read them if you’re not interested. I’m pretty easy to please and look forward to whatever you create!

Although I've got smut likes listed below, I'm equally happy with any rating from G to E. Also, if you find yourself inspired by a freeform I picked for a different fandom than the one we matched on, please feel free to go ahead and use it -- I'd be equally pleased with any tag for any fandom!

This was baby’s first fandom, and I remain nostalgically delighted by anything to do with it. I love angsty fic that focuses on the fallout of the series ending, or on the problems inherent in a mortal/immortal relationship, and I also love fluffier fic that leans into the snarky banter and the general out-there-ness of the canon.

Of course, this canon is tailor-made for a cat-themed exchange, and there are so many ways you could weave cats into the canon setup -- whether that's through the petshop's magic in a "pet of the week" type story, somebody getting transformed, or an actual normal animal making its way in there. I especially love the idea of D being called away on Important Supernatural Business somehow and Leon getting stuck pet-sitting, or Leon accidentally acquiring a cat and seeking D's advice, or some sort of magical artefact turning one of them into a cat... but honestly, I'd probably love anything you chose to create.

I've watched all the Captain America movies over the years and never had a single fannish feeling... and then TFATWS happened, and I fell head over heels for these two. I love the fact that they can be genuinely at odds over something pretty serious, but still have each other's backs, no questions asked -- and I love that we see their relationship grow into genuine love and trust but still with a side of snarky banter. While we haven't seen either of them get a pet (yet?) in the MCU, knowing that they're both cat people in the comics makes me happy, and I'd love to see them acquire a feline friend or two, or deal with an unexpected transformation. When it comes to cat-acquisition, I will be equally happy whether you bring in Alpine and/or Figaro from the comics, or come up with your own original cat(s). :)

I love the contrast between these two -- Yaz's stoic, undemonstrative Yorkshire-ness and the Doctor's hyperactive whirlwind enthusiasm. I also love that it's the Doctor who seems to break through that stoicism, with Yaz seeming to feel her absence so much more personally than the others. I'd love to see them get into some canon-typical cat-related trouble, or even deal with a normal cat making itself at home in the TARDIS, and I'd especially love to see either/both of them taking a quiet moment to show their softer sides with a feline friend.
